I would like to offer my condolences to the Quinlan family and their loved ones over the loss Jack. I, also like many of my colleagues at SSA Global had known Jack for many years. He was the shining example of what a true professional is all about. I know not only will he be missed by his family and friends, but many of the clients that he helped get through their daily trial and tribulations. He made ALL of us at SSA Global look good. Jack, I enjoyed working with you and will miss you. I hope to see you again my brother at big support center in the sky.

May you rest in peace.

Jack has always given more than we asked. I always looked forward to having to call the tech team helpline because I'd get Jack and have a great conversation, solve my problem and learn tons of new things.

Jack will be missed by all of our co-workers and clients. It won't be the same.

Terri and family,

I only knew him for a few precious years. We had beers together at the post game and would always laugh and

talk up a storm for hours. I enjoyed

his company, as did my sons.

Jack was one of the finest gentleman

i have ever met. It was a pleasure to have met him and shared his life

with me. My condolences to you and

your family.

I worked with Jack at SSA Global (for many years in Chicago on the same team and later via e-mails and phone calls when I moved to France) - he was such an easy going, good and honest person. He always wanted to do what was right and not necessarily what was easiest, in order to resolve a problem. His experience and patience got us through many a tough issue. He also spoke so often of his daughter and wanting to get her through school before he retired. He had a wry sense of humor and a love of the Cubs and I always enjoyed talking to him. He will be very much missed by all, and my heart and prayers go out to his family at this time. Rest in peace Jack, you were a man well loved by all who knew you. God Bless.

I've been Jack's coworker for 8 years now. An avid Bears fan, he always had his good-humored two cents to say about the team's miscues. At work, he never hesitated to share his knowledge and assist others. He was a genuinely good person and will be missed.

My sincere condolences.

Jack was one of the greatest technical people that I had ever worked with on the support center ... ever. Clients loved him and he always responded to any question one threw at him. He will be missed by many. May God bless him and rest in peace. See you later guy!

It was such a pleasure to work with Jack at SSA. He's always been such a good guy, helpful, knowledgeable, low key and with that great dry wit. Always taking the high road. He was a respected colleague, and a kind friend. My heartfelt condolences to all his family during this time of loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

I worked with Jack a number of years at SSA Global Technologies. I enjoyed his subtle sense of humor, because you really had to listen for it. He rarely seemed to get ruffled when things got hectic, if he was, he sure didn't show it. He was always willing to take time out to share his technical knowledge, from years at IBM, not only with clients but also his team members. Jack didn't get involved in office politics or engage in any gossip that usually accompanies it, for that, I truly respected and admired him.

Terrie,

My thoughts are with you at this time of sorrow. Although I only knew him thru the Post Game Pub he always was a joy to joke with over a few beers. I also know secretly that he was a CUB fan.
