Jack will be missed. I first met him when I was a student at Gompers Jr. High and he had been a friend ever since. He was also at Joliet Central when I returned to Central after graduating USF to teach. He was a wonderful man and friend. My prayers and thoughts are with his family.

The service today was very moving. I will miss Jack. He was my friend and mentor. Every day at PSHS I would walk into work only to be first greeted by Jack and thus our hour long conversation of the day would begin. I will hold those memories forever. My thoughts go out to Meg and Lauren.

I was saddened to hear of Jack's passing. I last saw him during the winter as he was working a basketball game at PNHS. I had the pleasure of working with Jack as a dean at PSHS. Always an upbeat guy and a great person. My deepest sympathies to the family.
