Mladucky, John R. 80, January 10, 2015, lifetime resident of the South side of Chicago, born, raised and longtime resident of the Back of the Yards neighborhood, formerly of Garfield Ridge neighborhood, recently of Alsip. Beloved husband of Susan R. (nee Wigent); devoted father of John (Ramona) Bruno, III, Valeria (Anthony) Bambalas and Paula (Eric) Lyons; loving grandfather of Christian, John IV, Lillian, Liberty, Anthony Jr., and Giuliana, Matthew, Holly, and Amy; dear son of the late Robert and Veronica Mladucky; fond brother of Mary (late Edward) Tomczak, Josephine (George) Sproch and Rose (late William) Bussa; dear uncle of many. Veteran of U.S. Army having served during the Korean War. Resting at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, on Thursday, January 15, from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Friday, January 16, 8:45 a.m. at chapel, to St. Rene Church, 6340 S. New England Ave., Chicago. Sue, we had no idea that John had passed away, he was such a nice man and you were both such great neighbors! We are so sorry for you, and hope with time things will get better for you. I remember how John used to call me by my Polish name "madisha" he used to say it like my grandpa used to! Silly but a fond memory for me. We will pray for you and John and your family. xo
