Leslie, John R. Age 65. Beloved husband of Patricia A. Leslie. Fond stepfather of Robert and Anthony (Sandy) Earl. Dearest grandfather of Michael, Zachary, Alex, Mitchell, Tiffany, and Bethany. Cherished brother of Rosemary (Ronald) Riskus; cherished brother-in-law of Charles and Joan Dailidonis. Loving uncle of many special nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. A friend to many wonderful people, and was loved by all. John was a Navy Veteran of Vietnam. Retired employee of Evergreen Plaza Security Dept. Visitation Friday, March 16, 2012 at the McKenzie Funeral Home, 15618 S. Cicero Ave, Oak Forest from 3 to 9pm. John will lie in state Saturday, March 17, 2012 at the Lutheran Church of The Resurrection, 151st and Central Ave, Oak Forest from 10:00am until time of service at 11:00am. Interment and Military Honors, Monday, March 19, 2012, 11:30am at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. For information call (708) 687-2990.
