Longtime resident of Burr Ridge and Clarendon Hills, beloved husband of Jane (nee Doty), fond father of Linda (Martin) Quirk and John Michael Leonard III, dear grandfather of Michael (Amber), Patrick and Timothy. Lawyer, realtor, farmer, rancher, decorative naval pilot of WWII. On various boards of Directors including Mercy Hospital and Medical Center, William Foundation, Senior Partner in the Williams & Leonard Law Firm until his retirement. Legal counsel at Metron Steel Corp. and T.A.C. Inc. Visitation Friday, 3 to 8 p.m. at the Elliston Funeral Home, First & Grants Strs., Hinsdale. Family and friends will meet Saturday, for 10 a.m. funeral mass at Notre Dame Church, Chicago Ave. & Norfolk St., Clarendon Hills.
