John Lee Obituary

Lee John Fitch went home to be with the Lord on Friday, June 11, 2004.
He was born Aug. 31, 1917, in Yantley, Ala. He was em ployed with the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. for 45 years before retiring.
He was preceded in death by mother and father, Will and Virginia Fitch; brothers, Willie "Buster" Fitch and James Fitch; sisters, Ada Stone, Ruth "Tank" Clark; Lillian Townsend, and Ruby Johnson. He leaves, to cherish his memory, devoted wife of 57 years, Ora Lee Fitch; sons, Den ny Neal and Clifton (Sandy) Neal; daughters, Jean Neal and Shelia Neal; sisters, Julia Hub bard and Ann Fitch, all of Akron, Ohio, and Yvonne Fitch-Forney of Houston, Texas; brother, Peter (Denise) Fitch of Akron, Ohio; and a host of grandchil dren, great-grandchildren, niec es, nephews, and friends.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 17, 2004, at the Mount Zion Baptist Church, 327 Cuyahoga St., Akron, Ohio 44310, with Rev. Dr. Luther Cooper officiating. Interment at Glendale Cemetery. Friends may call at the church from 11 a.m. to 12 noon. Procession will form and condolences may be sent to 268 Eastland Ave.

I lived on Duane Ave for my first 27 years of my life and Mrs. Liz and Mr. Fitch Has Always been At the corner house it saddens me very much You are in my prayers and may god bless you.
