John & I haven't seen each other in many years, but for through those middle & highschool years he was such a fun kid to be around. I really enjoyed being his friend & have alot of good memories with him. I was unable to attend John's services, but he as well as his family have been in my thoughts & prayers. We'll miss you John.

Sheryl, Dave, Joe and the girls,
My heart breaks for your sudden and tragic loss. I will treasure the memories I had of John growing up- remembering nights around the bonfire, watching tv in the downstairs room and the girl vs guy "throwdowns" we all used to have. While one more piece of our idyllic childhood home may not be with us anymore, may it give you comfort to think of the angels who now watch over us. I pray John is now safe, happy and whole, and that he is watching over all of us in our time of sorrow with care and love. You are all in my thoughts and prayers, and John will never be far from my heart.

Sheryl and family:
I know there are no words at this time. John was such a close friend of Mike's all through school and beyond I almost felt like he was part of my own family. I will always think of him and smile...and you have so much to be proud of.

"I feel how weak and fruitless must be any word of mine which should attempt to beguile you from the grief of a loss so overwhelming. I pray that our Heavenly Father may assuage the anguish of your bereavement, and leave you only the cherished memory of the loved and lost."
You can never be replaced John, and we will miss you.

John, you were a good friend to Brad and he will miss you. To your mom and dad, my heart aches for you - this shouldn't be how things are - children are not suppose to die before the parents. May god bless everyone in the Homolka families. Remember the good times.
