Jack was a kind and considerate man, who enjoyed life and spread joy to others. He dearly loved and supported his grandchildren and provided them with various gifts and fun experiences. As a father, Jack had a a strong, guiding relationship with our daughter-in-law, Mary. He was always available with encourgement and a listening ear. We were fortunate to have him for a friend. His presence in the family will be missed.

I am not sure if words can capture all the true meanings of what my Dad meant to me, and a lot of people that were part of his life. He was from a different generation and with that came a set of distinct values and principles. He was always there for each of his children and he let us all grow up and enjoy the process. All the while he guided us, truly helped us as life moved forward. He did not push or pull, just always remained a constant and lifelong ally at all we attempted. He did this all while being married for over 50 years to my mom and being a very successful small businessman. He took us on a vacation each and every year. He knew us and many as individuals, he listened and understood a lot of complex life events and ably provided guidance. He was a lifelong and very loyal friend to many childhood friends. He enjoyed boating on the two boats that he owned and water skiing. He passionately played and followed golf, always seeking improvement. He lived a long life and personally left me with a lifetime of memories. I will miss talking at length with him about all sorts of subjects. My Dad had a passion for life and lived it to the max. His memory and blessings he gave me will remain constant. I loved him very much and just hope he is reunited with my Mom for the eternal peace they both so richly deserved.
