Gallagher, John "Jack" W. 69, of Elk Grove Village for 40 years. Beloved husband for 47 years of Anne "Dolly" (nee Faso), loving father of Debbie and Joseph M. (Julie) Gallagher and Donna M. (William) Kohler, cherished grandfather of Nicholas, John and Christian Kohler and Daniel and Jack Gallagher, dear son of the late Mary Lundquist and the late William Gallagher, fond brother of Mary Morales, dear son-in-law of the late Rose and Joseph Faso, adored uncle of many nieces and nephews, friend to many. He was an Army Veteran and enjoyed a short retirement from the vending industry. Visitation 3 to 9 p.m., Thursday, at Grove Memorial Chapel, 1199 Arlington Hts. Rd., Elk Grove Village.
