Eckhorn, John R. of Hanover Park, beloved husband of the late Mary (nee Tyznik), loving father of Bob (Donna), Lisa (Steve) Bourne, Dorene (Frank) DeLegge, Mike (Barb) and Jenny (Tim) Davidson, cherished grandfather of Rachel, Bobby, Kyle, Chris, Sarah, Amy, Ashley, Anthony, John, Oz, Bennett, Tom, and Katy, dear brother of Wallace, Elizabeth Clardy, and the late Jack. An Army Veteran. Visitation Tuesday, 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd., (at Stearns Rd.), Bartlett. My heart goes out to all Bobs children & grandchrilden.But I know that their father will always be with them & watching over them . Bob was more then a brother to me,he was a dear friend.He was someone I could always count on in a time o0f need.And I will miss all of our talks,espically about our soulmates. but our loss is heavens gain.
