John Donegan Obituary

Donegan, John W. 49, of Denver, formerly of Chicago. Born and raised in Canaryville, USA of St. Gabriel Parish. Loving son of Jean (Jack) Sheehan, and the late Walter C. Donegan, dear brother of Walter, Stephen and Colleen (Allen) Hamby, fond uncle of Stephen, Anna Marie and Stephanie, great uncle of Keith. John lost his courageous fight to cancer with the help of many special friends and family. John was an avid fan of the Chicago Bears, White Sox and Chicago Bulls. John always helped people in need and was a friend to all. memorial Mass Saturday, 11 a.m. Christ the King Catholic Church, 845 Fairfax St.

GOD LOOKED AROUND HIS GARDEN AND FOUND AN EMPTY PLACE.HE THAN LOOKED DOWN UPON HIS EARTH AND SAW YOUR LOVING FACE,HE PUT HIS ARMS AROUND YOU AND LIFTED YOU TO REST,HIS GARDEN MUST BE BEAUTIFUL BECAUSE HE ALWAYS TAKES THE BEST. HE KNEW THAT YOU WERE SUFFERING HE KNEW THAT YOU WOULD NEVER GET WELL ON EARTH AGAIN,HE SAW YOUR PATH WAS DIFFICULT HE CLOSED YOUR TIRED EYES HE WHISPERED TO YOU "PEACE BE THINE" AND GAVE YOU WINGS TO FLY WHEN WE SAW YOU SLEEPING SO CALM AND FREE OF PAIN WE WOULD NOT WISH YOU BACK TO EARTH TO SUFFER ONCE AGAIN YOU'VE LEFT US PRECIOUS MEMORIES YOUR LOVE WILL BE OUR GUID YOU LIVE ON THROUGH YOUR FAMILY.YOU'RE ALWAYS BY OUR SIDES,IT BROKE OUR HEARTS TO LOSE YOU BUT YOU DID NOT GO ALONE FOR PART OF US WENT WITH YOU.
