CARR, John A. Age 68 of Hamilton passed away Tuesday February 19, 2008 at his residence. He was born December 9, 1939 in Hamilton the son of the late John William Carr and Henrietta (Gibbs) Owens. Mr. Carr worked as a machine operator for the CSX Railroad for many years. On October 26, 1979 in Hamilton he married Nancy Laney. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Carr; children, Joseph, Fred, Steven, Paula, Mike, Deana, Brandi, Angela, and the late Johnny; grandchildren, Joseph, Melissa, Hailey, Jaden, Noah, Allysen, Jeffery, Dustin, Steven, Timmy, Heather, Megan, Brittany, Justin, Sarah, Jeffery, Tony, and Brittany, and great grandchildren, Kylee, Caleb, Tyler, Peyton,, and Addison; three sisters, Sally Young, Ella Couch, and Candy Bader. Mr. Carr is also survived by sisters-in-law Phyllis (the late Donald) Brown, Sherri Withrow, and Ronnie Briscoe and Robin Little and a close friend Ray.
