I wanted to express my sincere condolences to John's family for their loss. It was a privilege to work with and learn from John at Metra. All of us who ride the trains owe him a debt of gratitude for his service to the railroad. John, you'll be missed.

Carol~
Sending our sympathies to you and to your whole family at this difficult time. We never had the pleasure of spending time with you and John, but know that he was a very special and loving person. We are sending lots of prayers your way. John is at peace with so many of our loved ones in heaven. They remain in our hearts forever until we are together again.
Love to you...

So sorry to hear of John's passing. I worked with John at both Amtrak and Metra. Always had a smile. Great man and glad I had the opportunity to work with him.
