Joel Berman Obituary
Berman, Joel Mitchell "Pookie Bear" 38, went home in the arms of the Divine Mother Morrigan on May 3, 2005, at Hines VA Hospital after a grueling battle with testicular cancer. He was a beloved father, loyal husband, friend, artist, warrior, Druid and cranky old crow. He will be forever loved. Blessed be to all for your love. Funeral service Monday, 11 a.m., at Geils Funeral Home, 180 S. York Rd., Bensenville, IL. Procession to follow going to Elm Lawn Crematory, Elmhurst, IL, where cremation will take place.
