Lazzaro, Joanne "Jay" (nee Mustari), late of Bullhead City, AZ, formerly of Chicago, beloved wife of Edward Sr., dear mother of Sandy Dahl (Brian) Hummel, Joseph (Michele), Edward Jr., Judy Lazzaro (Vince), Rebecca (Michael) Sopron, loving grandmother of 14, loving daughter of the late Emily (nee Scalise) and Joseph Mustari, fond sister of Rosalie Lazzaro, fond aunt of many. Funeral Saturday, 9:30 a.m., from the Dalcamo Funeral Home, 470 W. 26th St., to Santa Lucia Church. Mass 10 a.m. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation Friday, 2 to 9 p.m. 312-842-8681.

SO SORRY TO HEAR THE LOSS OF YOUR DEAR MOM. MY PRAYERS AND THOUGHTS GO OUT TO THE WHOLE FAMILY. MY DAUGHTER JENNIFER CARVATTA USE TO GO BY JAY AND TELL ME HOW SWEET SHE WAS TO HER AND THE GOOD PIZZA SHE MADE. SHE WILL BE MISSED. THE LAST TIME I SAW JAY WAS AT RIVERSIDE MALL GOING TO THE SHOW. GOD BLESS HER AND SHE IS IN A BETTER PLACE NOW

I'am so sorry to hear about Jay.......she was one of a kind and will be missed dearly. My aunt used to live in her building and I would be there alot and Jay would always go out of her way to be nice. Even if my brother,sister and I were driving her nuts(like we always did).

To the entire Lazzaro family my deepest simpathy goes out to all of you in this very trying time in all your lives. I met your mom a couple of times and saw what a really great person she was! I know you all have alot of great memories of her so try to keep all of those great things in mind.
