Dear Buddy,

I was so sad to hear about JoAnn's passing. I knew nothing about it until today. She was a good friend and we certainly had a lot of good memories from EAL. Even though we haven't been in touch for a long time I will certainly miss her...

Dear Buddy, Renee, Vince and family,

It has been many years since our paths have crossed. I look back and can't remember where all the time has gone, but I remember Joann very fondly as well as the Genova family. I will not forget the holidays I would have spent alone, the times Joann and I would talk about almost everything. And then there were the EAL fam trips...The years at Eastern were some of the most fun years ever, but the opportunity to have known Joann means more to me. She will always be a person that has made a lasting impression on me. My thoughts are with your family at this time. By now, you must know how special Joann was and how many lives she touched.

Dear Buddy and Family,

We are so sorry and shocked to hear of Joanns passing. We were out of the country or would have been there. I have been following Joanns progress thru Rosanna and I was encouraged by the last report that she was in such good spirits. I cannot tell you how sad I feel to know that she is gone. I have been thinking of her so much the past few days and I am so sorry to hear this news. She made me laugh and felt like family from the first and I know that she is going to remain a very strong force in all the lives she touched. Love to you all,

Alise and Al.

My heart goes out to the entire Genova/Ullo family. I have nothing but GREAT memories of one fantastic woman. Joann was always a pleasure to be around and had a great outlook on life and death. It has been many years since the days at the Professional Career Center, but I will always remember the way Joann, Rita, and I would laugh about the crazy things we encountered. She will always be in my heart and in my prayers. Until we meet again "Little G". God Bless!

Bud, Renee, and Vince...It has been a long time since our paths have crossed. I remember coming to your house for dinner on many occasions. Then I got married and moved to Florida and lost touch. Joann and I hit it off from the first day we met at EAL. I now understand why she has been popping into my thoughts lately. I am so sorry that she is gone. But her spirit will always be around you and watching over you. She was a wonderful person and I am glad that she was a part of my life. Having to say goodbye is never easy. Love to you all.
