Makar, Joan "Babe" (nee Duffy), age 73. School teacher for 10 years. Beloved wife of the late William J. Makar, loving mother of Maria (John) Jankowski, cherished grandmother of Emily and Meghan, dear sister of Therese (the late Arthur) Johnson, the late John (the late Barbara) and the late James Duffy, fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.
