Joan Doatch Obituary
Born in Towanda, Pa., she resided in Hazlet for the past 30 years. Joan was a manager in the bakery department of Pathmark, Sayreville for 25 years and was a baker with Dearborn Farms, Holmdel for 10 years.
Joan was predeceased by her husband, William Doatch, Sr.; her parents, Joseph and Myra (Alexander) Garland; and a brother, Paul Garland.
Surviving is a son, William Doatch Jr. of Hazlet and a sister-in-law, Yolanda Shak of Perth Amboy.
Visitation will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, at Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport, N.J. 07735. Family and friends may gather at 9 a.m. on Thursday, at the funeral home with a 10 a.m. service. Entombment to follow at Forest Green Park Cemetery, Marlboro, N.J.
