Smith, Jerry "Lottie" (nee Osysko) Died peacefully at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late William E. Smith; loving mother of Geraldine (Clare A.) Martz, Robert (Linda Wygant) and the late William Smith; dear grandmother of the late Dana Marie; fond sister of Mary Arndt, Sophie Koenig, Frank (Ceil) Osysko, the late Fred Osysko, the late Stacy Cvetan and the late Helen Rybski; kind aunt of many. Visitation Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Richard-Midway Funeral Home, 5749 Archer Ave. (corner of Lorel). Lying in state Friday from 9:30 a.m. until time of service at 10:00 a.m. at the Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church, 5550 S. Merrimac, Chicago. Interment Evergreen Cemetery.
