Schlocker, Jerry 68, devoted son of the late Dr. Lawrence and Rose; beloved wife of Judy (nee Simmons); loving father of Melissa (Fiance Paul Cormack) and Michelle (Jeff) Dorfman; cherished brother of Claire (Austin) Goldberg; cherished brother-in-law of Barbara and Larry Graff; devoted son-in-law of Anne (the late Ned) Simmons; loving uncle and great uncle of many nieces and nephews. Graveside service 1 p.m. Wednesday at Shalom Memorial Park, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Diabetes Assn., P.O.
