Jerry LeVine Obituary
LeVine, Jerry beloved husband of JoAnn (nee Simon), loving father of Jeffrey, Michael and Todd, dear brother of Dr. Morris (Marilyn) LeVine of St. Petersburg, FL and Mildred (the late Dr. Lawrence) Strenger of Margate, NJ, son of the late Dr. Samuel and Frieda LeVine. He is survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He spent his adolescence on an Indian Reservation in the Western United States where his father was a general practitioner to the Native Americans. Jerry served in the U.S. Air Force as a 1st Lieutenant and received his B.S. Degree in Pharmacy at the University of Montana. He was also the Owner, Manager and Principal employee of a series of pharmaceutical businesses. Memorial service 3 p.m., Sunday, December 5, 2004, at B'nai Torah, 2789 Oak St., Highland Park. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Jerry LeVine B'nai Torah Memorial Fund, Highland Park, IL, 60035, Info: 847-433-7100To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
