dear brenda and bonnie,
your dad was the closest thing i had to a grandpa. i can remember on all the halloweens that nicole and me spent together, we always went to his house and he would be soooo happy to see us and treat me lik i was his own. i never said it but he always made me feel special. i know he loved me for who i was and that is what mattered most. he also loved my mom like she was his own giving her the love she deseareved even though she didnt always get it.
i know its hard not having here to talk to and vent to, but just thinking about his life you know what a great man he trully was. and like i say in skating, he (and you) should have "no regrets" about his life.

My deepest sympathy to the Zagorski family. As I sit here crying it makes me realize the special person he was. Will miss talking to him and making his golf outing posters.

Dear Bonnie & Brenda—
I am so sad for you on the loss of your dad and want you to know you both were his hero; he wanted me to remind you of that... The bond you girls had w/ your father is something special you will hold onto forever. I’m so glad I got to say the things I needed to say to your dad; as much as it meant a lot to him it meant more than you will ever know to me. Thank you for sharing him w/ us. I so enjoyed the stories he shared of our childhood; it made my heart smile. I will never forget our little food talks & how much he loved that mushroom soup!!!! Memories of your dad are treasures I will always cherish and I will remember your dad as the dad I always wished I had. He was a good man.
I know you're sad; death of someone we love is the hardest thing about life. Your father is out of his pain and now with your mother and mine (& Deb) too! I KNOW they’re all sitting on the porch, having a little coffee clutch up there; maybe all waiting in line for alignments and massages too… But in any case, he is at peace. Know, the love of family & friends will get you through your time of grief and we celebrate with you his life well lived. He has touched many and he will live on in our hearts forever.
With our love & deepest sorrow

Dearest Uncle Jerry,
I am going to miss you so much. I remember growing up, and you would always come over at midnight, the doorbell would ring and I would get up to answer the door, knowing it was you. I always wanted to be there to greet you. You would sit at the kitchen table and tell us stories. How I loved listening to your stories!
I hope that when God calls me home, you too will be there to greet me.
I love you and miss you. You will always be in my heart and the memeories of you will always be cherished.
Until we meet again.
All my love.

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.
