Jerome Wozniak Obituary
Wozniak, Jerome F. age 77, of Westchester, beloved husband of Eleanor R. (nee Sima), loving uncle and great uncle of many nieces and nephews, dear brother of Dorothy (Frank) Weaver-Gozdecki and the late Leonard (Jean) and Ted (Janette) and brother-in-law to Marie Kallal and Frances Hlavin. Family and friends will be received at the Conboy-Westchester Funeral Home, 10501 W. Cermak Rd., Westchester, IL, (2 blocks west of Mannheim Rd.), on Thursday, from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral Friday at 10 a.m. from funeral home to Divine Providence Church for 10:30 a.m. Mass.
