I first met Jerry at Loras College in 1949. We entered the novitiate together in 1951. While at Loras, Jerry's brother gave me my first plane ride in a little one engine, two seater. I was scared as we "soared" over Shullsberg, WI. Jerry was a great Son of St. Dominic. Loyal to the end. RIP
