"Jerry" Army Veteran, beloved husband of Barbara (nee McBean), loving father of Jeffrey (Judith), Curtis, Traci (Joseph) Kozlowski, Kristin (David) Lasek, and Bradley, cherished grandfather of Jeffrey, Nicole, Carrie, and Jack Krolak, Joey and Carissa Kozlowski, Gabriella and Colby Lasek, dear brother of Darlene (George) Zawacki and William (Nancy), also nieces and nephews. Visitation Thursday, 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Modell Funeral Home, 7710 S. Cass Ave., Darien. Lying-in-state Friday, at Bethel Lutheran Church, 36 N.
