Jeff Wynne Hulbert, age 78; beloved husband of Bonita (Slapak Heim) for 45 years; loving father of Tracy (Robert) Konezney & Michael (Terry) Hulbert; dear step-father of Steve A. (Margarita) Heim Jr. & Kristofer J. Heim; proud papa of Katelyn (Brad), Ryan, & Zachary Konezney, Zane Hulbert, Steve A. (Samantha) Heim III, Daniel (Andrea) & Thomas Heim; dear great-grandpa of Blake Heim; preceded in death by loving parents Carolyn and John Hulbert. Visitation 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, March 16 at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside. Funeral service 10 a.m. on Thursday, March 17 at the funeral home, followed by a procession to Chapel Hill Gardens West, Oakbrook Terrace for the interment.
