I only met your Mom/ Grandma a couple of times, she certainly was a vivacious woman. I hope all you Hansen kids are well, think of your Mom and Dad (my wonderful friends) so often. How's the river? Would enjoy hearing from any of you.

Our condolences to the Kane family. My grandmother, Mary Merritt, was a very good friend of Jean's. My mother, June Merritt told me yesterday that Jean passed away at the wonderful age of 102. I remember my grandmother speaking fondly of her friend Jean. My mother also said that Jean's husband was instrumental in getting my father, Russell Merritt, a job at the phone company. I thought I'd just let you know that your family is in our prayers.
