Jean Adamczyk Obituary

Adamczyk, Jean T. (nee Bartos) of Mt. Prospect, beloved wife of Thomas Adamczyk, loving mother of Kimberly (Greg) Dyer, and Sandra (Ken) Welsch, adoring grandmother of Lisa and Tommy Dyer, and Michael Adamczyk and Matthew Welsch, loved sister of the late Richard (the late Elaine), the late Raymond (Donna), John (Lynn), the late Ronald, Barbara (the late Donald) Sandacz, Dorothy (Dave) Buren, the late Joan (Bob) Pollak, and Judy (Ron) Mills, dearest friend of Mary D. (Bill) Gierut, many nieces and nephews. Memorial Mass to be held Saturday, June 5, 2004 at 11:15 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 794 Pearson St., Des Plaines. Interment immediately following at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.

I will never enjoy a Tootsie Roll Pop or take a stroll around Lake Arlington without thinking of Jean. Her sparkling blue eyes and sense of humor are unforgetable. I think of her often and smile. She will be missed. That is her legacy.

My thoughts and prayers are with her loving family.
