To the Survivors of my dear friend who shared the law offices at 100 N. La Salle Street starting in 1949, I offer my sincere condolences. We shared many a laugh together and while I no longer reside in Chicago, the last time I saw Jay was at American National Bank while he was making a deposit and I making a withdrawal. Jay suggested we get together the group of attorneys who shared the suite, alas this was a number of years ago and since we both retired the meeting never got off the ground. I shall remember Jay in my prayers. Leo

Although we lost track of each other we lived at 9677 Brennan and sometimes "shared" your mail. Carey and I were largely in the same grade and I have a clear and fond memory of your father and mourn his passing. Your family is in my mother's and my thoughts and prayers.Yor dad really led an interesting life and lived long. I hope his passing was peaceful.

On a liughter note there is an annual manor gettogether-this year 8/2 at a forest preserve in Oak Brook. For more information contact Robin Langer at [email protected] to see you there this summer

Janis and Mark -

My deepest sympathies to you and to Josh on the passing of your Dad and Zayde. I wish I could be there for you in person today, but I just learned of it in the Trib. I can't attend your home this evening, as I have a commitment for this evening I can't change. My prayers are with you, and I will add your father's name to the Yahrzeit list at my shul. G-d bless you all at this difficult time.

My sincerest sympathy on your loss. The memories of Jeffery Manor and CKI are still vivid in my mind, and the times Jay and the CKI family spent together. May the memory of his love and devotion to family bring comfort to you.
