Miss you brother.

I received the email stating that the guest book is on it's final days. I guess that it was strage to see the name Jason Gorski pop up. I have known the Gorski family for 20 years and of those 20 years I became friends with all. My heart still and will always go out the Gorski family.

I think of you often. I miss McDans coffee and pizza with those gore movies but I will always remember you. I still can't believe I will never get to share another cup of coffee with you or see more of your artwork. You were so talented and such a special person. Thanks for being the great friend you were. The other day I thought I could feel you in the room with me as I printed pic's of you from my computer. I still can't believe that all this has happened & that you're gone. It seems so unreal. I miss you so much.

I have tried many different times to put in some wonderful memories with my brother to share. It seems that they ren't there. I have fun and laughed with my brother- I have ONLY good memories of him. We never faught- not even once- He is the sweetest soul with the blue eyes- eyes the color of the sky after a "monsoon". I love you Jay. I kiss your head every day. I have your picture on my fridge, so I can see your sweet face every day to remind me just how precious life here really is. Thank you for that- I wish it wasn't under such happenings! You are always in my heart, I love you.

Though I did not meet you, I have seen an artist's kindship in your works. We all miss you in our own ways and what wonders to behold in the source of creation but heaven. your brother inlaw your brother in art. Dan

Jason, I and many others miss you alot. I want you to know that you were and still are, loved by all the people that you have ever encountered. You will be with me for as long as I live. You will never be forgotten by anyone. Gorski family, especially Mom and Dad, you raised a great person,a person who touched my life and many others. I only knew Jason about 6 years but it was a great bunch of years. The whole world lost a great person, not just us. God bless Jason and us all.

Well, it's almost Feb 13- the day of Jason's birth, and I feel the need to leave a note. Jason would have been 32 on that date. It makes me very sad to think that he won't be celebrating. I miss him so very much, and as I write this I feel tears approaching-but I swallow them down, put them on hold, until the moment is right. I think of our childhood often, and all the memories-and swallow the tears down yet again. I think of my parents, who I can only imagine their grief, and what they swallow down with that grief everyday they keep living. I hope that they know that they are so very loved (mom, I know you're reading this) and that they are in my thoughts often. I wish I could hug and comfort the pain away, but I know that it's not and never will be, that easy. I just want you both to know that I love you very much and that I'm here for you if ever you need me. no matter when or what or where. I'm just a phone call away. jason and i were very close, he was one of my very best friends,this is one of the hardest and painful things that anyone should go through. Dear Gorski Family: I think of all the fun times we had in Logan Square and can not think of them without thinking of Jason and all of you. I know the pain of this experience is aweful and I pray you may all find peace. I was blessed to know Jason and am thankful that I was able to share a brief time in his life.

Even though Jason and I weren't that close, I still think about his passing often. He was an amazing artist and so funny. Everytime I saw him, he had a smile on his face which would put a smile on my face. My thoughts and prayers go out to him and his family. God bless all of you

Little brother Jay...so much to say...All I know is that it seems so unreal, like a dream, that you're gone. Then I wake up to this nightmare. I look at pictures, your amazing artwork, and I still can't believe it. I don't want to believe it. I have so many fond memories...I don't want to remember, I just want him to be here still...I want one last chance to say "I love you". I miss you so much Jason. I will carry you in my heart and thoughts forever. I wish you didnt have to leave us this way. I keep asking myself "WHY?" All I know is that I will miss you and that I love you. Jason was one of a kind, a very down to earth kind of person with a good heart & a funny personality. I dont think I need to mention his artwork "he was good". He will forever be missed by all of us, but the good thing is we always have the memories to remember him by. Jason will always be in my heart, he was truly a great brother & friend. So many memories I have of Jason as my little baby cousin. Seven yrs. is a huge gap when you're kids, and I remember always loving the opportunity to play big sister to my younger cousins ( Heather, Shauna, Mark, Jason & Ryan) since I was the youngest in my family. Memories that will always put a smile on my face - and at the same time make me sad knowing that as time went on our families grew apart with few memories added. I love & miss you all!!!

I miss him. I miss his jokes. I miss hearing his insightful knowledge of the city. I miss hanging around and b.s.ing about anything and everything. I miss my younger brother Jason. I will always remember him as a true brother to me and my other family members. I loved my brother with all my heart through good and bad. There are so many things I want to say about Jason but there's not enough space on this page and not enough time in the day to tell you how wonderful a person he truely was. I will always be proud to call Jason my brother.

Jason was one of the most amazing people that I have been fortunate enough to call my friend. To have known someone who is so laid-back, artistic, funny and compassionate is inspiring. Jason and I have shared many conversations, but what I will miss most is listening to him share his knowledge of our City's history. I will miss the excitment in his voice and the twinkle in his eyes when we would discuss burial grounds and forest preserves...To know him is to love him, he will be profoundly missed!

I was so saddened to hear about Jay's passing. My most sincere condolences to the Gorski family. May your memories bring you comfort. Jay's passing is a tragic loss for so many. He had a wonderful kindness and humor that was truly special. I feel blessed to have known him. I'll miss you my friend!

Had I not grown up with Jason I'm certain I would not be the creative artistic person I am today. He touched so many people in a positive way and I'm sure I speak for all when I say the laughter that he brought us and the friendship that he gave, will be dearly missed by all, till the end of our days.

We thank all of Jason's relatives and friends for sharing their feelings about our dear son. We miss him terribly and are saddened that his precious Alizee Jean is now without her daddy! We also believe in a very real resurrection at which time he will take up his body, again, in its perfect form and receive whatever degree of glory he has earned for himself.
Please don't take life for granted for this life is the time for men (mankind) to prepare to meet God! Our choices will purchase our "end result".
