Dear Jackie and Family,
Jim was one of my most positive patients that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I am sorry I did not have an opportunity to say good-bye, but you've both been on my mind and now this. He fought so hard for so long with many little victories. You're wonderful relationship shone thru all the difficult times and I know personally that this will be of some comfort in the years to come. He was admired by many and will be missed by even more. My sincere condolences to you Jackie and your family.
