Dearest Annmarie and your wonderful Family:
With such sadness we learned of Jim's death from Uncle Ger...He was one of the finest and nicest people one could wish to call 'friend'...I think one of our favorite (and funniest) memories of Jim was your Halloween party many years ago...We all had to dress up, but when we got to your home, Jim approached us and we were surprised to see him dressed in a lovely suite, dress shirt and tie! He turned around to get a drink for Bob and...lo and behold... there was no back to his whole suit! You did a fine job Ann 'tailoring' with just strips left to support the front and sides.... We all had such a good laugh (still do ..down through the years)... You were both such great host and hostess, and when we would meet in-between at Clancy's or Mom's Jim always had good things to say about people we knew...
Please know we had him in our prayers since he 'first' got ill, and in particular during the last week or so. He is surely with His God now and greeting his family and friends...We send our most sincere condolences to all of you...his family.... and know that you will indeed miss him always...
God be with all of you,
Much love, Bob and Mary
