Redding, James M. beloved husband of Aileen (nee Ahern), loving father of Peggy (Joseph) Marnell, James Jr. (Debra), Kathleen (John) Greisch, Loren, Aileen (Henry) Absil, Michael, Daniel and Jonathan (Maureen), cherished grandfather of Katie, Terese, Michael, Shannon, Denise, Joey, Sean, Victor, Meghan, Colleen, Kevin, Natalie, Garrett, Olivia and Erin, devoted brother of the late Mary V. Brown and Harriette Galvin, fond uncle of many. Funeral Friday, at 10:30 a.m., from the Hanekamp Funeral Home, John E. Maloney, Director, 385 Waukegan Rd. ( mile north of Dundee Rd.), Northbrook, to St. Norbert Church, 1809 Walters Ave., Northbrook. Mass 11 a.m. Interment Sacred Heart Cemetery. Visitation Thursday, from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. In lieu flowers, donations to American Heart Assoc. or Big Brother Assoc. would be appreciated.
