Parrish, James H. 5EC30090 Veteran WWII, US Navy; he was born in Nashville, TN in 1926, beloved son of the late Joe and Kate Parrish, dear brother of Charles R. Parrish and the late Katherine Bright and J.W. Parrish, Jr., fond uncle of Kathy Parrish Hall and Charles H. Parrish Jr., great uncle of four, devoted friend of Hassan Khalil, Samira Kahlil "little Princess" and George Prignano. James was a graduate of Isaac Liton H.S. and MTSU. He studied at the University of London. Professor Parrish was a medical librarian at the University of Chicago. Funeral services 11 a.m. Friday, May 16, 2003 at the Malec & Sons Funeral Home (Cappetta-Dicanio Directors), 6000 N. Milwaukee Ave., Chicago. Entombment Ridgewood Cemetery.
