Jimmy as my father used to refer to him , my Dad Jim DeFily was 33 years on the CFD and was friends with Jimmy right out of the Fire Academy , my father always spoke of Jimmy with great love and respect and as a dear friend , May Jimmy rest in peace....

They don't make like that anymore and he will truely be missed by many♥ RIP Chief Jim (RED) Loughney. You always had my back and for that you will always have a special place in my heart!! Thanks for all the good memories
