As Jim's next door neighbor on Lawler, I cannot even begin to explain how much Jim helped us and taught me skills I still use in home improvement for myself, my family and neighbors. We still recall fondly every Christmas morning Jim stopping over and bringing small gifts for our Daughter. I typically called him on or around Fathers Day to catch up. It was today that I found of his passing whn i could not reach him. My deepest sympathy to his children.

We are so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. We remember fondly of all the good times on Lawler and afterwards. Jim was our first & best neighbor & an excellent friend. We will miss his special Christmas cards, we received one every year for over 30 years. In turn, he kept all the pictures of our kids & grandkids on display. We send our love & sympathy to everyone. Jim will live in our hearts forever, we are better for having known him. Bob & Rose Kulak
