I worked with Jim and for him too. A good man who will be missed by many.

It was with sadness that I recently learned of Sgt. Henderson's passing. My condolences to his wife and daughter and to all of his extended family.

We just learned of Jim’s passing and would like to express our sincere condolences. We will miss the conversations (usually on Wednesdays), his smile and his wonderful personality. Looking through the picture we smiled a little bigger at the one taken in Livios. The other pictures captured a full and happy life that he shared with you and your beautiful daughter. My sincere condolences to Jim’s family. I worked with him in the 10th District for many years before we were promoted to Sgt together and assigned to the Deuce. We later returned to our roots in 10 where Jim stood out as one of the most knowledgeable and loyal supervisors there. I hope you can take comfort in the many memories you have of Jim. Rest In Peace my brother.

Please know that Jim was revered and respected by Betty and Bill Bose and their son, Lance Wright. Both Bill and Lance served on the Board Jim and related the had seldom met a man more understanding and more cooperative to the needs of our Association than Jim. He will be missed by all.

Oh Carol and Mary I’m so sorry to hear of Jim’s passing. Didn’t know him as a police officer but he sure was a great builder and remodeler. I always loved seeing what new work he was doing In the house in Cville. Great guy.

My deepest condolences on your loss. "Uncle" Jim was a wonderful person and an especially good friend to my (now deceased )father Dennis. My fondest memory of Uncle Jim was he & I dancing to the ZZ Top song " Legs" at my wedding. That memory always brings a smile to my face. He will be missed.

Worked with, Jim in the 10th District and knew him Canaryville, he was a good man and a fair minded Supervisor. Guys like him are always missed. Rest in Peace Jim.

My condolences on your loss. Jim was a great man and an amazing copper. I had the pleasure to work for Jim on the 10th District Tactical Team and I have great memories of Jim. He always took care of us and made sure we were having fun on the job as well as being safe.
