Roz,
We were shocked when you gave us a call, and didnt know quite what to say. Jim will be missed, not only by the ones that knew him, but the entire world lost one of its greatest human beings.

Dear Roz,
Our heartfelt condolences on Jim's sudden and untimely passing... I was very shocked when Meade called me yesterday to pass along the news... Lynne and I grieve with you during this most difficult time for you...
Try as I might, I could not get off work to visit the funeral home... Unfortunetely, I have vendors in from Dallas, Tx working on my systems the entire weekend and just could not get away... My apologies for this but there just wasn't much I could do to get away...
Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you during this most difficult time...
