Dear Jim,
Thank you for being such a good friend to my father and I.I'm really glad I got to spend some time with you and Sharon last year. I will miss you! Say hi to Jimmy and my dad. Next time I see a little kid playing in their kiddie pool,I willl be sure to throw a crab into their pool in your memory ;-) ! Also,to this day,I always give a firm hand shake,a lesson you taught me when I was young that I never forgot :-) . I'll see you on the other side.

Many years have separated us - but the memories are still there - you made my first fried egg and I was afraid to eat it - but you said ok - we will try again some other time. I will always remember the gatherings at your place and the smile on your face. Please rest in peace knowing that you left this earth with many many people loving you! Me included!!!

I will miss you, dearly, Uncle Jim. I was always so happy and proud to tell people that you were my godfather. I adored your sense of humor and your wonderful chuckle. One of my earliest memories is from when you made the cement patio for our house in Bridgeview when I was around four years old...I was fascinated and loved to watch you work on it. I remember running out from the kitchen door and nearly falling right into the wet cement you were working on! You didn't miss a beat--you just looked up from your work, caught me and placed me in a safe spot so I could run off and play. Some of my happiest times were those early years with Kim and Colleen! Thanks for being such as wonderful, fun and loving uncle.

I will miss his strong hand shakes. It was his way of telling you that he loved you. At least that's how he made me feel. Great uncle that will be missed.
