Englebrecht, James D. age 75, U.S. Navy Veteran of WWII, beloved husband of 53 years to Jeanette (nee Nickels), loving father of Kathleen (Frank) Russo and James W. Englebrecht, dear grandpa of Michelle (Casey) Fitzgerald and Anthony (fiancee Katie) Russo and great-grandpa of Lauren, Michael and Jonah, fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Retired Peoples Gas Co. employee. Visitation Sunday, 2 to 8 p.m. Funeral Monday, 9:30 a.m., from the Brady-Gill Funeral Home, 16600 S. Oak Park Ave., Tinley Park, to Our Lady of Loretto Church, 8925 S. Kostner Ave., Hometown. Mass 10:30 a.m. Interment Chapel Hill Gardens South.
