Dear Jim and Jeff,

So sorry to hear of the passing of your dad. He was always friendly and kind to me whenever we would meet. I remember him fondly from our St. Lukes Days and from when you lived on William. I had heard he was in poor health when Aunt Pat died. May he rest in peace.
