Cotterell, James M. "Jim" U.S. Air Force Veteran. Beloved husband of Karen (nee Hlaner) Cotterell; loving father of Vanessa Vincent, Janis Buetow and Scott Cotterell; 1 granddaughter; former husband of the late Jean (nee McKenzie) Cotterell; dear brother of Donald (Kaye) Cotterell, Jack (Joan) Cotterell, and the late Clyde and Roselyn Cotterell and infants Dennis and Rebecca Cotterell; fond uncle and great-uncle of many nieces and nephews. Resting at Thompson & Kuenster Funeral Home, 5570 W. 95th St., Oak Lawn where family will share memories and tributes on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. Interment private. Visitation Monday from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Civil servant with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management from 1964-1996. Inducted into the Bowling Hall of Fame after scoring a perfect 300. Avid reader, cooking enthusiast, nationwide traveler and barbershop singer.
