James R. Clarke, 77, of Chicago. Beloved husband of the late Sandra, nee Luhman. Loving father of Deborah Clarke. Adored brother of Patrick J. (Sheila) Clarke. Dear brother-in-law of Debra (Steven) Harris. Fond uncle of Patrick (Kristin), Kevin (Andrea), Michael (Samantha), and Ingrid. Loving cousin and friend of many. Retired after serving 35 years on the Chicago Police Department. Proud Army veteran. Jimmy was an avid traveler, vacationing in Europe, Asia, and California with cousin Winnie and John. He was a family man, and enjoyed spending time with his daughter, brother, nephews and nieces, cousins, and friends. He will be sorely missed. Visitation Thursday, January 28, 3PM to 7PM, Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 6150 N Cicero Avenue, Chicago.
