James Cherry Obituary
Cherry, James H. age 73, passed away Thursday, March 6, 2008, late of Aurora, formerly of Chicago and Glen Ellyn. He is survived by his loving family; his wife Contance M. (nee Mrowczynski); two daughters, Christine (John) Hajek and Connie H. Cherry; two sons James J. and Kevin; two grandchildren, Michelle and John Hajek; three brothers, Charles (Wendy), Paul (Patricia) and Tom; a sister Mary Ellen Heinzel. U.S. Air Force Korean War Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents James J. and Abbie (nee Gerpheide). Family will receive friends at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, Saturday, March 8, 2008 from 3 p.m. until time of Funeral Service at 6 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Services will conclude at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Home Care Physicians, 1800 N. Main Street 2nd floor, Wheaton, IL, 60187, would be appreciated. For info call; 815-485-3200

This is to offer my sincere condolences to the family of Mr. Cherry. I was just reading his daughter's comments and it made me know that he truly had to be a beautiful father and a great friend. My heart goes out to all of you. Please know that Jehovah is with you at this sad time and he looks forward to bringing Mr. Cherry back to life when he will be able to live forever in peaceful conditions. (Psalm 37:11) (Revelation 21:4)
