Dear Pat,
I am so sorry for your loss.
I guess being gone from the area for ten years made me forget to check in. I did not know Jim had died.
He was a lovely man, and his work was equally good, both in our office and our home.
Please accept my late, but sincere, condolences.

To Pat Bannon and Family,
Truly sorry for your loss. Jim and I would always trade jokes when we saw each other. You and Jim were so gracious to let me fish with my friends at "Bull Head Lake" on your farm.
