Beatrice Dent Obituary

Beatrice Black Dent 1926 ~ 2006 Beatrice Black Dent (1926 ~ 2006), 79, beloved mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away peacefully early Tuesday morning, June 27, 2006 in Salt Lake City after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born August 29, 1926 in Twin Falls, Idaho to Henry Jay and Elizabeth Lydia Black. She is survived by her five children and their spouses, Kenneth and Karen Dent, Thomas and Carolyn Dent, Steven and Geralyn Dent, Kathleen and Albert Coya, and Michelle Dent; 10 grandchildren, Stacy and Nicolas Dent, Naomi and Colby Espinoza, Marcus and Daniel Coya, Kelsi and Katie Dent, and Henry and Andrew Dent; and her six siblings and their spouses, Dale and Carma Black, Pauline Cannon, Marjorie Smith, Joan and Paul Hancock, Jackie and Dean Frandsen, Kathryn and Wes Orton. She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth H Dent. Beatrice inspired all of the family and was looked up to by all who knew her. She will be missed and well remembered. A Graveside Service will be held at 1 p.m. Sat., July 1, 2006 at Valley View Memorial Park, 4400 West 4100 South, West Valley City, Utah.
