Dave, Lynne, Nick & Courtney,
Upon hearing the news of Jake from Steven thoughts of him went through my mind, of how courageous he was, how much stamina he had and how he taught all of us, especailly the class of 2002, how not to give up.
My deepest sympathy to you all.

I am so sorry for your loss. My son attends Plainfield East High School and remembers when Jake came before Christmas break to show them some wrestling moves. He couldn't stop talking about him. Again, my heart goes out to all of you. I know how hard it is when someone passes so suddenly.
