Jackie Badilla Obituary

Jackie Darlene Kauhs Badilla, an accomplished pianist and retired SW Bell sales rep, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2005.

Funeral: 1 p.m. Tuesday at Crosier Pearson Mayfield Funeral Home in Burleson. Burial: Glenwood Cemetery in Alvarado. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Jackie was born Oct. 19, 1954, in Jacksboro to James H. and Billie F. Kauhs. She graduated from Alvarado High School in 1971. Jackie loved music and served as children's music director and church pianist.

She loved her family, and was a devoted mother, daughter and sister. She will be forever in the hearts of all who knew and loved her-to know Jackie was to love her.

Survivors: Daughter, Jodi Hansen of Baumholder, Germany; parents, James and Billie Kauhs of Burleson; sister, Joy Lee of Fort Worth; brother, Jim K. Kauhs of Orlando, Fla.; two nieces; grieving ex-husband, Fred Badilla; and a host of relatives and friends.
