JACK MASSIE Obituary

Jack T. Massie, 77, of Singer, La., passed from this life on Friday, Dec. 13, 2013 in Merryville. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Miriam Massie of Singer, La.; sons, Jack Allen Massie and wife Lisa, and Raymond Lee Massie and wife Gina, all of Singer, La.; daughters, Betty Hext and husband R.C. of DeQuincy, La., Jean Mitchell and husband Blaine of Singer, La., Barbara Bradshaw and husband Carl of DeQuincy, La., Kathleen Morvan of Singer, La.; brothers, Thurman Lee Massie and wife Peggy of Lawton, Okla., and Roger Dale Massie and wife Brenda of Williamson, W.Va.; sister, Peggy Jo Webb of Turkey Creek Hollow, Ky.; and numerous grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Singer Baptist Church in Singer, La., beginning on Sunday, Dec. 15, 2013 at 4 p.m. until Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2013 at 2 p.m. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2013 at Singer Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Newlin Cemetery in Singer, La. Bro. Clint Hines, Bro. Lyndon Longoria, and Bro. Doyle will officiate.
