Gassman, Jack 84, beloved husband of Carol, cherished father of Kenneth (Linda) Gassman, Jill (Robert) Strawbridge, Keith (Melissa) Gassman, Michael (Elizabeth) Falagario, Julia (Kurt) McDonnell, Mary Jo (David) Berner and Carol Ann (Michael) Polycn, proud and loving grandfather of Andrew, Melissa, Samantha, Bridgette, Katherine, Tyler, Sean, Roman, Adriane, Madden, Turner, Michael and Dominic, dearest brother of Mark Gassman and the late Dorothy (Lawrence) Winner, fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Chapel service today, at 3 p.m., at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 Rand Rd., Arlington Heights. Interment Randhill Park. The Illinois Chapter ASHRAE is so sorry to hear of your loss. The thoughts of all are with you at this time of sorrow. Jack's involvement with the chapter, his term as president in 1976 and his life member status are a testament to his character, he will be missed.
